Post Massage & Shiatsu Therapy
You have experienced a new therapy to aide the body in relaxation & rejuvenation on many deep levels.  The following is information to help your body support this process & should be followed for the next 24 to 48 hours.
 
 
 
  • Relax: No stress filled activity, enjoy feeling relaxed for a change.
  • Get plenty of rest. Dreams may be vivid/action filled,as the body & mind are letting go of stress.
  • Enjoy good quality food: suggestions, Soups, dark leafy greens, brown rice, sea vegetables.
  • Drink water: Drink 2 to 3 glasses of spring h20 to help flush & balance body.
  • Bath Soak:  Feeling Fatigued: 2 cups Epson Salt tub of hot h20. Soak 15 mins
  • Bath Soak: Sore Muscles: 1 cup baking soda, 2 cups Epson Salt to tub of hot h20. Soak 15 min.
  • Motion: Rotate Ankles, Wrists, Arms, Hoola Hoop motion to hips. 2 to 3 x's a day.
